§ 1 Freight Costs
Inland:
- for all conductors and clamps etc.: as of € 400.-- free domicile
- under € 400.-- we charge a freight and packaging flat rate
- for heavy products (e.g. rod material, wire and tape material, concrete plinth etc.): as of € 800.-- free domicile, thereunder EX Works
- Freight Costs concrete roof conduction carriers: up to 6000 pieces freight collect, as of 6000 pieces free domicile
Abroad:
- for all conductors and clamps etc.: as of € 800.--fee domicile, thereunder EX Works
- for heavy products (e.g. rod material, wire and tape material, concrete plinth etc.): the Freight is determined on a case-by-case basis according to weight and order value
§ 2 Transports
The transport risk is borne by the recipient
§ 3 Delivery Periods
- in normal practice we deliver within 48 hours, at the latest, however, within 10 days
- Non-compliance does not entitle to withdrawal from the order or claim for compensation
- Delivery schedule confirmations are non-binding, as dependent on the carrier
- Express deliveries: Surcharges for express deliveries at consignee's expense
